Holiday lah to El Nido, Palawan.

Known for its white-sand beaches, coral reefs, limestone cliffs and as the gateway to the Bacuit archipelago. El Nido is currently ranked #1 in Condé Nast Traveler's list of " 20 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World ". Given a strong statement from the Wiki in case I need a holiday El Nido has become my choice. #MyTravelokaEscapade.
 Let me tell you 5 reasons on why El Nido?.
 

The Cost

For me the most important part of planning for a holiday is to consider the cost.  Philippines is located in Asia and its relatively cheap considering the currency exchange. You can have your dream holiday within a tight budget.  Comparing to traveling to other Europe country El Nido is the cheaper option to experienced the most memorable journey.  The cost usually covers:

• The flights ticket
• Accommodation
• Transportation
• Tour activities (Island and Land Tour)
• Food
• Souvenir

The Location

Located in Palawan there are several ways to reach El Nido.  From Malaysia to Philippines you can take a direct flight to Manila for 4 hours.  The fastest way to reach El Nido is by taking a direct flights from Manila that landed at the Lio Airport.  Bus, Vans, Car and Boat are other options if you prefer to travel by land and sea.  The overall journey may take some time but the view is something that is worth it. 

The Beaches & Islands 

Dubbed as the heaven on earth the beaches and islands in El Nido are to die for.  To name a few ; Simizu Island, Bacuit Bay, Cadlao Island, Pangulasian Island the list goes on and on. Just by seeing the pictures you will immediately fall in love and book your ticket to El Nido.  I kid you not!.  Each island is unique in their own way and you have to discover them by doing the Island Hopping activity.

The Nature

If you are a nature lover who enjoy time being away from the hustle and bustle of the city El Nido is the perfect place  There are a lot of fauna and flora that can be found in El Nido.  For a place wrapped in serenity and tranquility you may visit the mangrove forests.  There are also a number of towering cliffs and mountain peaks surrounding Palawan where you can see beautiful aerial shots. You cant resist to take photo because the view is just mesmerizing. 

The Accommodation

Why accommodation has become another factor for me to pick El Nido?.  No doubt there plenty of accommodation available around El Nido town.  You can choose from small cottages to a high-end resorts that suit your budget.  One example of the accommodation available is located in Corong Corong, the resort is called El Nido Mahogany.
